Billing FAQ

How are platform nodes billed?

By online time at a per-tier hourly rate, prorated by the minute (rate × minutes ÷ 60), deducted from your prepaid balance.

Are my own nodes really free?

The first 3 devices per account are free; from the 4th device on it's ¥10 per 10 devices per day. Connecting the nodes themselves is free.

Is the free tier per node or per account?

Per account, in aggregate. We sum devices across all your own nodes, then subtract the 3 free devices.

Any subscription or minimum?

None. Prepaid balance, usage-based metering, pay as you go.
